Live project screens contain client and contractor data, so we do not publish them. We walk through them in a meeting under NDA, together with our report, register and baseline templates.

Digital registers
Registers for contracts, procurement, changes, RFIs, NCRs, punch list, risk and documentation, with version history.

Daily and weekly site data capture through our own DES tooling, including photographic records and progress by work front.
Document control
Autodesk BIM 360 deployed to ISO 19650: codes, statuses, revisions and approval workflows.

Yes, Digital PMO is a standalone product. The effect is stronger when the same team that collects the data is accountable for managing the project, because it reduces the risk of nominal data entry.
In an environment agreed with the client. By default we work in Autodesk BIM 360 and Power BI; alternative configurations are available where data residency requirements apply. Rights to project data remain with the client.
For routine operations on large document volumes: templated report preparation, register reconciliation, parameter extraction from design documentation and detection of discrepancies between revisions. Management decisions are taken by people.
